What Does Earth Day Mean to You?

Time for Kids is hosting an Earth Day Photo Contest for all students ages 8 - 13! Here's how it works:

Photograph your answer to this question: What Does Earth Day Mean to You?
  1. Judges are looking for originality, creativity, and connection to the Earth Day theme.
  2. Students should e-mail photos to tfkphotocontest@timeinc.com. The subject line should read TFK PHOTO CONTEST.
  3. Deadline is March 31, 2009
The winning photo will be published in the April 17, 2009, Earth Day issue of Time for Kids!

Flyers with more information are available in the Library and in Mrs. Peterson's room 126. Or, students can visit the Time for Kids web site. If a student needs a digital camera to take pictures, there are digital cameras in the library available for student use.

Please pass on this great opportunity to your students. They may win a digital camera!
